Complaints

If you have any complaints, concerns or questions regarding these Terms you should contact our Customer Service using your registered email address.

We will respond to such queries as quickly as possible and always within twenty-eight (28) days of receipt.

Complaints regarding bets must be lodged within three (3) days from the date the bet in question has been settled. No claims will be honored after this period.

 

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with our licensing body by contacting the Curacao Internet Gaming Association and/or the Department of Judicial Affairs of Curacao.
